Overview
ENSPIRE Consulting Group is looking to contract with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner within our Flourtown, PA office. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner’s main objective is to deliver mental health services to individuals who experience varying levels of mental, emotional and behavioral needs. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner performs Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, and Follow-Ups. We offer a highly supportive practice environment.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner’s main objective is to deliver mental health services to individuals who experience varying levels of mental, emotional and behavioral needs. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner performs Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, and Follow-Ups. We offer a highly supportive practice environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate, and ethical care to clients
- Diagnose mental health conditions and provide appropriate treatment recommendations, including medication management.
- Counsel and/ or provide psychoeducation to clients during appointments, as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with confidentiality regulations.
- Possess excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work productively and make independent decisions.
- Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional board entities
- Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations
- Stay current with updated research and best practices
- Be aware of community referral sources and refer when necessary
Requirements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
· CDS and DEA registration.
· Professional Liability Insurance.
· Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Google Workspace and ability to learn/navigate EHR system independently SIMPLE PRACTICE
Education and/or Experience:
Education and/or Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing
· At least 1-2 years providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders
· Ability to work with both adult and youth/child populations
· Preferred Experience: 3+ years of experience as a psychiatric provider
Location/Hours: On-site/Hybrid (First visit with clients must be in-person)
Job Type: Per-Diem, CONTRACT
Hourly Rate: $85.00 per hour (Direct Therapy Service)
